ABOUT ME:
Hey there! I'm Amy Lyn, the one-woman show behind Adorably Amy Designs. I've been a happily married person for 28 years and mom to a cool teen boy in Orlando, FL. We're all about Disney World and hunting down tasty eats because we're big foodies! I was born in Milwaukee WI, grew up, then ventured to Connecticut with my now hubby at 21; then our son arrived in 2010, sealing us as a family! We were CT dwellers until we packed up and headed south to Florida in 2015 because we were tired of snow and my husband's company closed down. We adore the fabulous winters down here but loathe the summers and we pine for Fall so much!!
I've always been about snapping pics and playing with graphics for MANY years, and started whipping up stickers for myself back in 2015.With everyone bugging me to launch a shop, I caved in and did it back in 2016. Our grand debut happened on March 1, 2016 on Etsy! AAD has come a long way and I still huge puffy heart the planner community like I did when I opened!!

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Super easy! Just email me directly at adorablyamy@gmail.com and I will respond within 2 business days, though usually faster.
Please make the title of your email what you are emailing about, such as "Order issue", "Product Question", etc. If you are emailing about a specific order please be sure to include your order number.. :)
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER???
Email me directly at adorablyamy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order is not already in processing it can be cancelled, orders already in processing may not be cancelled. You will know if it is processing because you would have received the processing update email.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS???
Orders can be combined as long as the first one is not already in processing. Once it is in processing I can no longer combine them. You will know if it is processing because you would have received the processing update email. Please email me both orders with the subject line of PLEASE COMBINE.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME???
Processing time varies dependent on the volume of orders. Please see the top notice on the website that lists the current turn around time. Orders CAN go out earlier but will never go out later.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING???
All domestic orders are now ACTUAL shipping costs. The weight will be calculated by Shopify and you will be charged actual shipping. If there is a difference larger than 50 cents between what is paid and what the actual shipping costs, the overpayment will be refunded to the form of payment used to place the order International shipping is flat rate for stickers with non sticker items being based on weight.
WHEN IS THE NEXT CUSTOM TINY TEXT WEEKEND???
Starting June 1, 2023 Custom Tiny Text will be available ALL THE TIME!!
WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE WITH ROSE GOLD FOIL WHEN THAT ISN'T WHAT I WANTED?
Occasionally an order will come through without a foil color chosen and when that happens those stickers will be done in Rose Gold foil by default. Please be sure to doublecheck ALL your foil choices before submitting your order.
MY CUSTOM TEXT IS MISPELLED, HOW COME?
ALL Custom Text will be done EXACTLY as typed so first doublecheck your order to ensure you didn't misspell it. Even if I think the word might be misspelled I will still do it exactly as typed. If you check your order and it was correct then it was Amy error! LOL I do suffer with a little dyslexia and sometimes invert letters. I do use spellcheck to try to avoid this but unfortunately they sometimes sneak through. Just shoot me an email at adorablyamy@gmail.com and I will send out a correct version asap!
