Refund policy

Returns
Adorably Amy Designs doesn't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (except as outlined below). Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After that 2 hours passes, your order is in the processing cycle and will be unable to be removed.

The following items are unable to be cancelled:
Gift cards
Downloadable products

Refunds (if applicable)
There are no refunds but should your product arrive damaged, please send us a picture and we will be more than happy to replace it! :)

In the event your order does not arrive within 3 weeks of shipping (6 weeks for international), please contact us and we will gladly work with you! :)
